Private Label Candles FAQs

What is your minimum order quantity for private label candles? 

Our minimum order quantity for private label candles is 21 per candle vessel + scent.

What is your turn-around time for private label candles? 

Our turn-around time for private label candles is 2 weeks in most cases.

What scents do you offer?

We offer 16 scents (nine are available year round, seven are part of rotating seasonal collections). If you have not yet sampled our candles, we recommend ordering our scent sample kit and one sample candle as a first step in your private label candle process.

What are the vessel options?

All of the vessels on our site are available for private label.

Can you add glitter to private label candles? 

We can add copper glitter to private label candles at an additional cost of $1 per unit.

Will you label the candles for us? 

Yes, our design, print and labeling services are included in the price of your candles.

Do you offer color printing? 

Yes, our state-of-the-art printer allows us to create full color, high-quality labels.

What is the label design process? 

After you purchase your private label candles, please provide us with a hi-res png file (300 dpi) along with your colors, fonts and any additional design direction, images and wording. We will provide you with design options within 3 business days for you to approve or provide feedback on. Once approved, we will label your candles and fulfill your order.

Do you offer custom candle scents? 

For custom scents, we require a minimum order quantity of 300. Our lead time for custom scents is 4-6 weeks in most cases. 

Do you offer custom candle vessels?

For custom vessels, we require a minimum order quantity of 300. Our lead time for custom vessels varies. Candle making requires extensive testing with new vessels, it is possible certain vessels will not meet our production standards after testing.

Do you private label your skincare products? 

For private label skincare products, we require a minimum order quantity of 150 per product.

Do you offer custom scents for your skincare products? 

Our skincare products are specifically formulated with aromatherapy essential oils in calming lavender and uplifting vanilla orange. We are not able to alter these formulations.
