Tip #3 - Think Smart

SMART stands for:
- Specific
- Measurable
- Achievable
- Realistic
- Timely
For each goal you set, review the SMART goal setting tips and make sure your goals align. If not, revisit. You may need to break larger goals into smaller ones to start.
Tip #2 - Start Small
