5 Steps to a Good Night Sleep, Every Night
A good night sleep is seriously important and the best way to achieve it is with a nighttime ritual that tells your brain it's time to wind down and get ready for some zzz's. Here are 5 quick and easy tips to help you fall asleep naturally and wake up refreshed:
Mist Your Pillow
A couple spritzes on your pillow before you rest your head will bring on those zz’s. We use our aromatherapy spray - scented with essential oil, it’s a natural remedy.
Magnesium sulfate
High quality epsom salts release magnesium which is super calming. Soak for 20 minutes and pair with a nice cup of tea - instead of wine, which is actually a stimulant.
Chamomile
A cup of chamomile tea before bed will bring on those droopy eyes. Sip slowly and stay off the screens while you do.
Blue lights
None of these folks - turn off those phones one hour before bed.
Tinctures
It’s not snake oil if it really works. My favorite is skullcap, which is super restful and not addictive so you can just take it when you need it.
